Company Description:

My participation on the Food Network show, Great Chocolate Showdown, introduced me to the world of confections which lead to my first creation, soft brittle.

Soft brittle is different from traditional brittle due to the addition of a nut butter. Adding my own handcrafted nut butter allows me to control the sweetness without additional preservatives. This creates a flakey, crunchy texture full of nutty flavor but without an overwhelming sweetness leaving people wanting more without the guilt.

Our soft brittle is handcrafted in small batches locally in Portland, Oregon. Our sweet treats are gluten-free, low in sugar and plant based. Enjoy one of our delicious flavors:
