Give the gift of a smile! 

A Victorian Country Christmas is proud to support Operation Smile, an organization that provides life changing surgery for children around the world born with a cleft lip and/or cleft palate. David and Shari Furnstahl’s first child Michael was born with a cleft lip and cleft palate. Thanks to surgeons at Children's Orthopedic Hospital in Seattle, Michael was able to have reconstructive surgery. In addition to surgeries Michael has had extensive orthodontia, speech therapy, and support for his hearing. The Furnstahl Family has financially supported Operation Smile and wants to encourage other to do the same.   

Ten year old Jessica Furnstahl, Michael’s little sister, will be making live announcements every day before the Singing Nativity in the Holiday Jubilee Theater. As a Girl Scout, committed to service and leadership, she hopes to encourage patrons of VCC to help support Operation Smile by becoming Smile Partners and to give at the Operation Smile “Donation Station” just outside the Holiday Jubilee Theater during A Victorian Country Christmas.
